Jwing: DIV

Jwing: DIVJeez - I'm going to get banned from this site cuz of too much posting! Like Trevor's erstwhile friend known as Kherson! LOL!

Re DIV: like Clem Kaddidlehopper, I have held DIV for many years in a non-registered account. Pays 100% eligible Canadian dividend - so full tax credit. Sweet!

Interesting story: when I bought DIV in 2016 it was really depressed due to a lingering legacy court case (and yielding 10%) but I took a gamble that the legal mess could be left behind. And it was! So as of Friday, 22% gain on cost, 8.2% current yield, and monthly distribution paid each month end.

Also, the portfolio of entities is a bit small (only 4 vs. >12 in Alaris Royalty) but agree with Clem that the Sutton/Air Miles/Mr. Lube/Mr. Mike's is a robust mix. But moving forward, they need at least one more good addition to use up their available cash. Just saying!

OKAY - now I will SHUT THE F$$K UP - before somebody tells me to do so! LOL!
