Tilray just paid 110 million for 16 locations or 8.750,000 per location. High Tide has 37 locations ready to go in Alberta. 37 x 8,750,000 = 323,750,000. High Tide Issued & Outstanding shares 204,607,822 Same deal given to High Tide the shares value out at $1.58. That's just playing with numbers though. High Tide has a lot more to offer than just the stores!
