RE:special commitee mandate....The current expiry date Catalyst has indicated for the Catalyst Offer is August 16, 2019, which is earlier than the anticipated September completion of the formal valuation being prepared under the supervision of the Special Committee.

I could drive a bus through this timeline but I expect sept 16ish as it ties in with next sedar filing and full board meeting. I expect scare tactics from financials ie all the losses that can be piled on. 
The committee is required to publicly discuss the valuation. Perhaps not the full report with full analysis.
