https://investorshub.advfn.com/UEX-Corp-TSX-UEX-17360/ One would think that wind turbines would be thriving with Hurricane Dorian coming up. But that is not the case is it. I doubt that there is much wind power generation in the panhandle area because any wind turbines in the path would be destroyed at the first sign of a hurricane. Even if they could spin they would spin so fast that they would explode and if they did not get destroyed, they would not have anywhere to store the energy or if they could store it, once full, they could not store any more. Nuclear Power Plants are built with 16 ft thick walls. They can store their energy by storing uranium rods until they are put into use. The only thing preventing them from delivering power are downed power lines which are used by all forms of mass electricity generation. Simply put, a hurricane will not destroy a nuclear power plant if it is built up to standards. When will the media wake up to this fact rather than continue with the misleading narratives about Solar and Wind being a RENEWABLE source. They are only renewable until the next hail or wind storm. They are a blight on the land and they leave a bigger carbon footprint in many ways. The world will wake up one day to the fact that Nuclear is the BEST source of CLEAN and RELIABLE energy. Will we have to wait until that 'wake up' day to see the price of Uranium go (dare I say it) NUCLEAR?I don't think so. Anybody have some uranium pebbles to throw at Mr. Market? I patiently wait for the geese to start their migration this fall. I can hear them already - HONK, HONK, HONK, HONK, HONK if you are for Clean Reliable Nuclear Power Generation.
