RE:Voting Package Rec'd Today

RE:Voting Package Rec'd Todayyes, this is it - this is the last and only voting package to approve/reject the buyout at $7.61.
as I said before, this is a significant undervaluation of the company.
I am voting against this...but I know my vote does not count.
I have a few thousand shares only, and all the institutions and insiders are in on it.
I believe the management has showed impatience in selling the company...they should hold on for a few more years...this company is worth a lot more (~ $9.50 USD, IMHO)...

it is going to be a significant "problem" for me (and many other investors) to redeploy this capital at similar yield & risk...

anyhow, GLTA...
