Great Bear Resources Ltd. is a Vancouver-based gold exploration company focused on advancing its 100% owned Dixie project in Northwestern Ontario, Canada. Yes it could well be that they have no choice (I am hoping!) but to halt the stock because it seriously represents a material change!!

Maybe IIROC has to read over the release a few times because they've never seen numbers quite so large before !
