How is he paying for this? Is this how you know? Please share with the rest of us! Did you call Ossa’s office to get the latest on what he is working on in Brazil?
Why do you think Rocco Galati will be able to accomplish what JGT has failed to do in 10 plus years in Chile? Why was JGT not able to win any of the multiple cases filed in Chile to prove JRL’s case? If JRL had clean clear titles to Mina Pascua why weren’t his rights proven already?
IMO Barrick may well have committed fraud with banks and security exchanges, as it pushed Pascua on the investing public, prior to having clear titles...but JRL failed to prove his rights in the Chilean courts. IMO, JRL never had clean title in order to do so.
By saying he did, and lying for years by omission on negative news from his court cases to the MSX shareholders, has he not committed a fraud as egregious as Barricks? He secured sizable amounts of MSX shareholder’s funding. Was it all frivolously thrown away, in an attempt to prove something that was nonexistent?
The question then becomes....who was complicit in this fraud?
