IBC - collaboration

IBC - collaborationI guess that my last post was (way) too long and I asked too many questions. So I will limit myself to only one topic.

Assuming UCU wins all the way in court and assuming that UCU becomes the owner of IBC technology, will UCU need the IBC personnel (maybe Izatt and the others?) in order to operate the technology? Or in other words, can UCU get the technology and make it work without IBC?

The transfer of property is one thing, but UCU wants to make sure that it knows how it operates. Or should we assume that despite the legal battles, IBC will realise that it lost in the end and it needs to partner with UCU to have its share of the pie?

It seems to me that people are really unhappy with Izatt. But will UCU need it in the end?
