RPC has outdone itself today. Reading the NR makes it all

clear as mud. Why would RPC acquire 1955554 Alberta Ltd? The details are indecipherable and so obtusely written that it would appear the hidden hand of a third party put the deal in place. SEH must be on board with this, and there has to be a hidden agenda and it sure doesn't appear to be an "arm's length aquisition", ...heck, I guess that time will tell, because the news release is as clear as mud as to the motivation behind this deal--- makes no sense on the face of it.
