RE:This news shows how undervalued SVA isI do agree, those that are pissed off need to think end game and not get caught up in relativity minor dilution even if our market cap goes to 50mil from 30mil are we going to cry over pennies when this could be bought out for 500mil?  So sure our market cap is a bit bigger but we have more cash and power moving forward. This pessimism will easily be buried and left behind in a hurry. Don't really see the relevance in new or old investors in the PP.  

Lets do the math for meds .30c/40c PP... Comes out to about 2.7mil difference if we raised it all at .30.  Sure 2.7 mill is a good chunk of change but when your looking at a buy out of 500mil is it worth spending everyday of your life stressing about a .05% change in end game money in your pocket.
