We finally got an update on this and it wasn't great. Beleave has yet to be issued shares for the 51% ownership but has issued its shares and an advance. Procannmed has a market cap of 515M USD as of today. Sure would be nice to get this resolved as to count the 51% ownership! They are working on it so hopefully something positive comes soon!
