You ain't got a clue have you, you've been ranting on about low CapEx MRT and now you think building SX first is smart?

What don't you understand about Lynas SX pumping 20KTPA REO into ROW profitably, at margins probably only bettered by CNRE.

Now that's real world, and 98% TREO SEG/HRE will be coming at you in 18 months with a cost base ~$10kg, you would be totally delusional to even attempt comparision Bokan whether you Flip MRT or Flop SX.
