RE:RE:RE:GBR NR Figure 8Looks like I read it rather than heard it. Apologies. You were also correct about it being a marker unit. I missed that as I was more concerned with it being the control unit i.e. no control unit, no high grade hits.

Petrographic analysis also confirmed the presence of highly altered, albitized sediments proximal to the LP Fault. These sediments provide a marker unit which identifies the transition from mafic to felsic volcanic rocks and also defines a drill-confirmed control of gold mineralization at and near the contact between these sediments and silicified, albitized felsic volcanic rocks." The units are distinct enough that they do not need to use the sediments for a marker. Pretty sure Chris also said the marker for gold is the fact that you can see it in the drill core.
I am sure they will eventually drill to the northwest in this program, but if they are trying to expand the resource quickly (which they are), why would they drill in the complex area instead of the simple area.
For what it is worth, I sold enough shares yesterday to lock in a 50% profit. The rest I am going to let ride for free.
diabase1 wrote: Also Goindeeper, the gold is within the felsic tuffs, not the sediments. The sediments are just a 'marker' horizon for the geologists and drillers. The gold is not even in the LP Fault. Check the sections!! Also, maybe the rocktypes on that westerly section was misinterpreted. Maybe there is sediments???
