I would claim no great expertis ein VET and pointed out how risky the dividend could be but ALA is an entirely different matter. It is not now paying out anything like 100% on its dividend payout ratio which VET is and will do in 2020 as well unless cut but ALA is in th emidst of a solid turn around as any metric and actions year to date demonstrate. I know ALA intimately and we will see significantly higher prices over time with this company.
I was just reponding to those who seemed to like VET if you read other analysts there is much talk about the risk even though a few like it. It is for what I call risk capital only i.e. Be prepared to lose much of your investment with VET ALA different story going forward - utility with a kicker and lower debt over time will reassure market as growth prospects become visible.
