RE:RE:RE:insider salesHello bobodlen12345, as of August 22, 2019, Partnership up to date info is stated by Stans Energy, in Form 51-102F1,( Management Discussion & Analysis.) ( Ref: Page3, Paragraph 6) . This info is available on SEDAR website at
www.sedar.com. I believe, there is no new info stated about partnerships, that is not already known by Stans long term shareholders!
Most likely, long term shareholders know, that Stans Energy, July 27, 2017, entered into a MOU to partner with “
Atomredmetzoloto JSC.”(ARMZ). ARMS is the mining arm of Rosatom, State Atomic Energy Corporation.
Together ARMZ and Stans will undertake a number of strategic initiatives in the specialty and energy metals industries. A good comprehensive review pertaining to the “Pervomayskiv
Lithium Mineralization Stockpile.” (“Project”) is covered by the MD&A pages 2,3 & 4 This a good read; one is reminded Stans and ARMZ have identified three specific areas of opportunity comprising:
- Mine and process strategic metals used both in atomic and alternative energy sectors including rare earth and precious metals.
- Jointly develop new technologies to mine, process and extract above mentioned metals, as well manufacture value added products.
- Share intelligence regarding ongoing projects and global joint business opportunities.
I was encouraged to note in the MD& A the reference to rare earth metals, especially in view that Stans contracted VNIIHT- All Russian Research Institute of Chemical Technology to research and develop improved technology to extract and process Rare Earth Metals. VNIIHT successfully developed such technology. The Russian Government subsequently approved VNIIHT to export the technology to Stans, who now hold valuable title to this technology.
I have no up to date info pertaining to Stans’ Russian Partnerships comprising:
- VNIIHT
- Institute of Geology Petrography Mineralogy and Geochemistry under Russian Academy of Sciences (IGPMG RAS
- All-Russian Research Institute of Mineral Resources (ARRIMR)
- Geotep LLC (GEOTEP) in certain areas of GEOTEP’s expertise, such as testing mineral composition analysis of rare earths, Including In-situ and heap leach test work on rare earths etc
I surmise, that all ongoing work with the above listed partners is presently suspended, pending a successful conclusion pertaining to Stans on going litigation to recover damages causedby the Kyrgyz Republic’s corrupt and wrongful expropriation of Stans’ License Agreement for Kutessay II.
