note the restart and the amount of different stages that first need to be examined then just maybe off to the assessment stage .... MAYBE .... Noront passing out more cheap shares and if RCF really wanted this to take off they would relax but that isn’t the case .... NEXT UP IS FRANCO COLLECTION OF FUNDS !!!!!!
