Dilution and predictable reverse split

Dilution and predictable reverse splitIMO, RNC is not interested in creating shareholder value. I agree that continued dilution already close to 700 million shares will continue and a reverse split at this stage of their development is almost a certainty.

5 for 1 takes the share price to $1.90 and definitely a value that will not hold.

After the RS, share price will likely follow the traditional trend of over valued RS stocks and slowly descend to below $1- maybe even .38 again when you will have 80% fewer shares. That would wipe out 80% of shareholders value.

I already sold 30% to limit my exposure and re-evaluating the remaining hold.

It is a shame that management is so bad with so much resource potential.
