RE:RE:RE:RE:Edibles legal in Canada (when they become legal)Does the
SAFE banking act change anything? Or
The States Act "imwhack."
Or does there need to be
Federal law changes in the U.S before companies on the CSE can uplist to larger exchanges or companies from larger exchanges can invest in companies like Tinley? We've already seen Canopy find a way to get control of a U.S MSO, so there's wiggle room in that area for other companies to follow suit.
I'm not 100% sure,
but there's plenty of BIG companies on the CSE, so I'm not concerned about Tinley needing to uplist for liquidity in the immediate term.. Getting over 1 dollar & staying there with increased volume is what I'm trying to see in the near term.. By near term i mean within the next several months.

The answer is no, weed is weed anyway you consume it. Rules (for listing on the venture exchange and/or TSX) don't change just because edibles are legal. Get off your horse! YOUR argument is non existent!
MadJack1 wrote: Totally disagree here, you can't honestly think people wouldn't rather sip a nice cold refreshing cannabis infused beverage over inhaling the smoke from a joint. Sure people have gotten used to it because it forever has been the option readily available. When beverages start rolling out people will switch I guarantee it. I'm one of them.
In this case all things are not created equal. People have settled on smoking because for the most part over the years they never had another option.
Put beverages, chocolates, brownies, gummies in the mix and the equation totally changes. The stats in Colorado and every other place that's been legalized support it.
Your argument is weak on this wonderful Friday.
