Aqua.........again ..very thoughtful !
It seems that it is a never ending story that we want to disect what went wrong, while still wishing it didn't happen this way. We will never know all the exact details, and I admit that we all must stop looking in the rear view mirror in our own time! I am focussing my energy on picking up and sifting through the pieces, and trying to mentally glue it all back forming a new vision of the future in a hopeful and postive context................the windshield will reveal all that is coming...........it has been a learning curve for all involved, management, shareholders, and the web of affiliates such as auditors, financiers, securities offocials and FDA people....................hopefully everyone who touches the CSS device helps punt this good technology a little bit forward., because it deserves it, let's give it some respect !!!
Aqau..............but just to offer some last insights, and I wasn't there, just got second hand info...................the blow up within didn't happen over night but was brewing for a long time.............Peter was the QB riding the decisions in two related camps, and obviously had interest in both, but could not whole heartedly represent any side 100 %..........he had to satisfy two groups of shareholders simultaneously...........to be honest is seems he did it pretty well for quite a while when things were going well........................compromises had to be made, this is now obvious...................but when numerous delays occurred over a couple of years and unnecessary costs and dilution was percieved by directors in the cvm camp...............the tensions started to build...................scrutiny of finances intensified, and the reorg threw a wrench in new accounting practices that were not administered for auditors acceptance. The CFO got thrown under the bus, and the rest is history...................
The other point I want to make is that there was also a communication gap...............between the company and the FDA..............and as I am not privy to the details...............I know for a fact that the company misunderstood some of the FDA requirements on submission, plus the FDA added a few new twists in their deficiency communication to the company, which they both manged to get straightened out........and now seem to be on the same page.............but hey folks................this is not Armagedon...............this is all fixable stuff...........
I repeat ................it has been a learning curve for all involved............and I'm sure glad all the NASDAQ rules are being adressed going forward..............don't you all think ?????
And thanks to people like you out there, who have the right to express their thoughts as caring shareholders, good or bad.................change is going to happen. I think Peter has received his share of Bovine Excrement coming at him over the past 4 months................and finally the light bulb went on for him as well..............an experience that I don't think he ever anticipated or would like to re-live again. His work is cut out for him, even more intense now, even steeper uphill battle, that his image has been tarnished, facing a disenfranchised shareholder/investor base..................but like a wounded cowboy, he is shaking off the dust and getting back on the horse.....................he has pushed this hard for 13 years
We all should start supporting him, luv him or hate him, beause as at this moment he is all we got, to get this ship off the reef.........................with a more scrutinous mindful stance............... I myself will do just that, and at the same time watch closely that he makes all the changes he said he will. I will rise to the challenge of sending him an email, if I don't agree with some course of future action, or delay...............because I will take my victim hat off and stand up in my own small but assertive way, and make my voice heard.
I, like yourselves, can't wait to put all this stuff behind us and start looking forward........
......for me it's today !
