Horny Structures, LP Fault...See for Yourself

Horny Structures, LP Fault...See for YourselfUsing the mag (geophysics) map below (as well as GBR's geology map), you can easily see the LP Fault as well as some very interesting structures occurring on RGLD land.

If you scroll to slide 6 of the GBR presentation, you'll see the map that most of us are familiar with.  Have a quick look at the LP Fault location.

Then click on the mag map from RGLD's website.  First of all, look at the overall trend from one property to the other.  The various geophysical signatures (colours) are elongated and clearly trend in a northwesterly direction to our property where they level off before arcing to the southwest.

If you look in the southeast corner of GBR's property/Dixie you'll see a thin lime green line at the edge of their property...the LP Fault.  Follow it to the west/left into a blue bleb, then it's a light blue colour near the edge of their border.  It heads northwest before changing to a light green colour, then a yellowish colour to our border.  It crosses our border, changes to green then light blue before bending down.  Things are messed up there (good!) with a few splays (faults).  If you then look west, you'll see it possibly again in light green as it heads southwest.

What's promising is the convoluted "mess" to the west of the GBR border.  This is good.  If you also look to the southwest you will see a mag high (red colour) that looks like an elongated fold...two long limbs that meet at the nose/hinge.  This could be a real potential area of interest as well.

Anyway...the elongated mag high apparent fold, the LP Fault trending onto our land with the apparent faults splaying off in various directions near our border (large square area) look pretty darn good...lots of structural occurrences...folding and faulting are events that allow the movement of mineralized fluids to mobilize.

So...let's get in there are start stripping and banging on some rock and find some gold!
