RE:Looks Like Quebec is Serious about getting mining going...Look what happen with Stornoway Diamonds... Better not do business with that Government...A deal on electricity for Dumont project could be good for us with Hydr -Quebec... But if we could finance without that Government  it’s much better...
We don’t want them in the shareholder structure!!!!
