One other thing, not many locations in Canada weather wise are so ideally situated for growing pot, this is one of the best, wine country. HC will undoubtably be pulling the reins in on subsequent outdoor licensing, so the few that have the go now are worth lots. Aleafia just paid slightly over a million to acquire more ag land to bring them comparable to 48North, but, not organic and are a long way from License. IMO, they will not be licensed, folks in this area have had enough with the smell and increased traffic.
