Hey there Friend, it’s Ashley,
What IS vanadium?
To most people, myself included, to be honest, vanadium is not a well-known material.. It’s not the material found in Avatar’s Pandora, but it plays a big part in steelmaking. It’s used to strengthen metallic alloys that are more malleable and resistant to corrosion.
You can see it being used in the automotive and nuclear power industries, which require super-tough alloys.
With this boom in demand, investors are looking at popular Vanadium miners in the market, such as Largo Resources and Australia’s Technology Metals, to surge in the markets.
Not only that, but since the steel industry is the one that uses the most vanadium, as a trader, it’s crucial to also look at steel stocks to see a rise.
Keep this in mind along with the risks associated with investing in mined materials, like halted production and being able to keep up with demand
