RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:CBD is killing itTotally agree that this is mutually beneficial but there is NO 'what QUILL wants in return'. NRTH owns QUILL. The Quill team got 2.1MM USD of which a major portion was NRTH shares at 0.86 (which should incentivize the quill members of the NRTH team to contribute to profitability). It's all NRTH now. But again I agree and really liked that they expressed synergy, shared vision and that NRTH is across the border in the CBD medium. US = order of magnitude of scale.

When there were questions about the science of vaping and it's history in the US, Alison quickly handed it over to the Quill guys. What Quill wants in return is Canadian exposure and a marketing expert to help guide them. Very little overlap in this marriage, both need each other to grow.

Stay at the RIU, short walk to Times Square, just perfect. We drive and park, park whiz on 10th and 45th. Sorry, still a bit euphoric from our week away.
To the point, CBD is everywhere, all gigantic Video screens are advertising CBD in everything, food, cosmetics, sleep aids, hearing aids, sex aids, is absolutely mind boggling. Forget THC, let the black market manage that, bottle CBD, 35m from Indian reserve $50. Lasts a few days. Figure it out, people are mad for it.
