Pieridae Energy Limited is a Canadian energy company. The Company is an upstream producer and midstream custom processor of natural gas, natural gas liquids, condensate, and sulphur from the Canadian Foothills and adjacent areas in Alberta and in northeast British Columbia (BC). It owns and operates three sour gas processing complexes at Waterton, Caroline and Jumping Pound. Its footprint covers over a million gross acres (807,000 net acres) in the Foothills and makes up conventional gas reservoirs in North America. Across Alberta and British Columbia, its footprint stretches over one million gross acres of land, with ownership of three deep cut gas plants and more than 3,800 kilometers of pipelines. RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Pieridae agent receives financing proceeds of $33.22MThey are very quiet about it, but the Trudeau government (including McKenna) is twisting the pretzel to make sure LNG plants have no obstacles (like pesky national GHG reduction commitments) and is working with the BC NDP government on this. Its not just an election positioning (how could it be since they are ever so quiet).... they will not get in the way.

And there are already tax goodies brought in by Harper that the Liberals have left alone. What more could a new government do? Sure, they could actually make gifts (like the BC govt already has for LNG Canada), but I dont see that possibility being decisive or even the final tipping point to a (real) FID for Goldboro.  

IMO, its going to make it pretty much on commercial criteria, or it doesn't.
