RE:Decent plan

RE:Decent planThe facility in California is basically built - so don't worry about that.  I don't have much to say about the rest of the letter.  It's more about internal reorganization, rather than things that change the business approach.  It's clear but it's not a "new" vision.  For those of us who follow the company, there were now surprises.  New shareholders may find it helpful to understand the state of play.  However, they had previously made reference to distribution in Nevada, which may not be happening now.  I'm not sure that's a big issue.

I strongly support the vision of distribution and distrubution services for Calyx in California.  This is something that could carry the company into a volume cash bonanza.  They've got to keep Plus Products happy and stay competitive.

California already has manufacturing leaders that EAT can't ever touch. So in summary, I think they will burn through their cash.
