For the record, I am not sipping on Peter's coolaid....................in fact I am quite appalled at where we are today, but I retain my cup half full as we all neext to look to a favourable resolution to the train wreck !

I SUPPORT Peter, only as far as him having some meaningful reflection on the mess he has created with his greed and incompetence................with a lame pathetic I'm sorry message and sweeping it all under the carpet with poor communication.................did not fool anyone with this sheepskin for even 1 minute !

The facts are very clear historically.....................3 years ago he promised to deliver an Fda application within 6 months................through his company Gobal as subcontractor, such that global was most suited to get the job done. After 3 years, CVM, has not and is still not trading after 4 months, is 2 million in debt, diluted by 300 percent, and with a dud FDA application that is expiring in a few weeks................CVM was the funding vehicle on a continous perpetual financing campaign with ever lower prices.........................raising over 20 million and funeling 14 million over to Global...............which after 3 years has been very lucrative and profitable for Peter and his friends at global.  Is this an accident that our fate is a banckrupt shell, while his private company is thriving.................I don't think so........... this is how his lawyers structured the legal subcontract...................................if everything went well we wouldn't be having this conversation..................Darn right !!!!                      I feel abused !!!

As OleMule pointed out 5 great, and highly respected business minds have left................fed up!

Now that Peter's hand has been caught in the cookie jar, he is squirming to still maintain your support, relinquish a bit of control, and keep the global party going as well for his buddies.....

Where do we go from here?...............keep his feet to the fire............replacement of Peter as CEO, appoint truly independent directors, and fire Global as subcontractor for FDA filing as they have been failing for 3 years now..................

He has entertained a shareholder communication openess, that I have responded to.............sent him an email about a week ago........asking when are we going to start trading?..................as we are now going into the third week after submissions were filed................no response from him yet.....................

So for me................... any little bit of remaining credibility ............is slowly fading !
