Some clarity...

Each lot awarded only allows 200kg per year (with some sort of 10% condition / clause for the 4 year term).  Baseline, that's a max of 1,000kg per year for Aurora / Aphria (each), and 600kg per year for Demecan.

These were also awarded with a 40% factor (to win each lot) reliant on price, so to win these, likely relied on a very competitive price (but that's just a guess).  And if you inquire into the link within the link you sent, there is even a statement to this effect: "Aurora has offered lower-than-usual prices to win contracts in Europe"

The last (small) Eve agreement #3 is better than any of these inidividual producer's cultivation agreements (at least for the initial term).  So, "oops" doesn't really hold much weight.

Just thought I would add some colour / more robust disclosure for the benefit of the board.
