RE:RE:RE:Ravi Sood is finally out >>> He was the one affecting the SPIf we are to rely on the site link provided (Insider Filings), if you select to see "Filings by Insider"... this site link indicates that Ravi, even after recent activity (including today), is still holding 973,979 common shares and 1,000,000 options.

Just for clarity, if we can hold this data to be true. 

Now to the question, as to why he has exercised 120,000 ($0.10) options, then sold 861,935 common shares since Aug 20 (with sales on 4 separate days) for $292,147.80 ($0.339 average)? 

Not sure we will ever know.  Whatever.  He is still holding big.  Don't know him, and can't say for sure good / bad about him... but history does not paint the kindest picture of his involvement in anything he's touched.  He has left a trail of sketchiness.

Just again, trying to add some colour / clarity to the information being posted.
