Dear Valued Broken Coast Client, 
 

As you may already know, on Tuesday, August 20th a fire occurred at Broken Coast’s facility and created a situation where we are unable to ship our products. Since the fire, we've made tremendous progress towards getting the business operational again but we're still awaiting third party testing results and are unfortunately still unable to have packages leave our facility.

For those of you who have pending orders with us, please know that these orders are a top priority and will be the first to leave the facility as soon as we are able to ship again. In the meantime, if you would like to cancel your order and have your funds returned, please contact us and we will reverse the transaction without delay.  Please be aware that a reverse transaction needs to be processed by your credit card provider and it typically takes them 3-4 business days before the transaction appears on your credit card statement.

Once again, we greatly appreciate your patience and will notify you as soon as we are able to ship orders once again, or with any other information as it comes available.
