The response was simply clarity on the details of the link you posted, for the benefit of all on the board.  

Not sure what the intent of “oops“ was, but it inferred something and had no context, so blindly took a stab.

I am happy to accept that something might not be a good thing with respect to my investment, it helps me to think it through further (bad is as important as good).  I just didn’t know what the message was being imparted upon the board.

I see it like this.  Germany will be a significant piece of Eve’s succes in the initial stages.  Assuming all goes well (knock on wood), and Eve gets greenhouse HC approved and rolling, and exports the minimums on all three contracts (or better), that is a pretty solid position to be in and work from (this is not a luxury every LP in Canada can claim at this point)... gives them a few years of breathing room to really get this company in a position to succeed.  Tons of risk during / thereafter... but they have been meeting (most) expectations so far.  But also, establishing EU inroads and their brand is very important at this juncture... they are amidst the group of “first-movers” in the Canadian export category, which is very important / significant.

All LPs face the contract issue... of being able to sell all of their product.  Is there sufficient demand... will the big guns (Aurora, + Canopy, + etc.) be able to collectively sell a billion+ grams?  Dunno, and this goes for Eve too, competition will only get fiercer over time.  Price, brand, partners (across the globe) and contracts are paramount.
