SPECIAL SITUATION, UNIQUE SITUATION & EXCEPTIONAL SITUATION
SPECIAL SITUATION, UNIQUE SITUATION & EXCEPTIONAL SITUATION Insightful reaction yesterday by PRUNE on Seeking Alpha to Gold Panda's RNC Minerals: The Red Flags Just Keep Piling On blog (https://seekingalpha.com/article/4290624-rnc-minerals-red-flags-just-keep-piling) about RNX and the SPECIAL SITUATION, UNIQUE SITUATION & EXCEPTIONAL SITUATION they are in.
« Wringing your hands is not necessary, in this exceptional and unique situation. Criticizing a lack of reserves is a little silly when RNC is well, producing gold.... 7 thousand ounces in July, 8 thousands ounces in August. Who needs Reserves when the yellow metal is coming out of the forge?
SPECIAL SITUATION. This is about the right time we call a one-year anniversary, I believe it was about a year ago the incredible discovery of a bonanza strike was made at Beta Hunt. It was a company maker, and the rock that fell out after the explosion was some of the highest gold content (if I remember correctly) EVER, and this in an age where most the great gold discoveries were mined out long ago!
UNIQUE SITUATION. Do you know 100m $ were spent building Beta Hunt, before RNC ever came into possession of it? Did you consider this in your concern if the market cap or RNC is getting to high? Suppose RNC proposed spending 100m $ now building declines. Would that turn you on?
EXCEPTIONAL SITUATION. Major discovery, what to do? POSSESS the DISTRICT. And yes the way they're getting a grip is a little clumsy. RNC should NOT be diluting when they could have gone royalty and not diluted at all. SHAME ON RNC for not laying out our possible choices in front of shareholders and letting shareholders participate in this decision, or at least providing us with the compelling reasons for selecting dilution, and sorry Mr. CEO, I appreciate your point you are taking 77% your pay in stock, but that just isn't enough to justify knee-jerk dilution, and I have no choice but to call it knee-jerk. This hand-wringing article probably would not have been published except for promising not to raise, then raising, and raising in a dilutive way. We shareholders would have prodded you to do this in a more cogent way. AND YET the company is aggressively moving to CONSOLIDATE THE DISTRICT, and not wasting the months. As each month ticks by, the bonanza discovery one year ago recedes in the rear-view mirror and people forget. So RNC is moving now, while momentum prevails, to facilitate mining operations and seize each opportunity in the district while it is handy and can be grasped, AS THEY SHOULD.
I hope Mr. Author you feel somewhat better, as your anxiety is excessive. Grab a napkin and calculate how much cash flow comes out of a mine that is already pushing a rate of ~96,000 annual ounces production. I think it will surprise you, the kind of cash flow that results. »
