RE:RE:Telling the story To your point on selling DN, I'd recommend holding off until the Winter run up, even though it means missing out on other companies.
Realistically I can see DN peaking in the low/mid 1-2 range, lets say 1.50's, which would be a good exit point even if you dont break even. Let's break it this puppy will see $2 the day pigs fly.
If you sell now, you need to reinvest in a company that will increase significantly more that Delta9 would just to get the same result as holding.
Let me throw some number in to demonstrate.
Say you own $10,000 DN stock at $2 (5000shares)
If you sell now it'd be worth $4400
If you wait for it to recover a bit to the 1.50s i'd be worth $7500. In order for that to happen Delta9 would need to climb 70%.
However if you sold today and had that $4400 in hand to reinvest, you would need to find a company that could climb atleast 75% to get to the same $7500 amount.

- The market perceives DN as a small producer with lower growth prospects. Building a 10 acre greenhouse and telling the market you are set to produce 300,000 kg of cannabis per year gets much more attention from investment firms, indexes and funds.
- CEO, senior officers and management are inexperienced and quite unknown. Somehow they need to increase their credibility. Their current approach seems to be bulid the company and eventually funds and investors will take notice. Unfortunately this does not seem to be working for them.
- DN does not appear interested in accelerating their growth and instead appears to be plodding along, focusing on provincial distribution agreements and opening more stores. Although the strategy is working, it is insufficient to generate any significant interest.
- DN does not appear to be interested in growing through serious partnerships. Considering their highly controlled growing operations and quality of their product, I think they should be looking to partner with a pharmaceutical or high end beverage company. Fort Garry Brewing is a good start, but seriously... FGB is a local craft brewer with quite low volume. They need to partner with a national/international brand as Interprovincial trade barriers work against small producers like FGB.
Frankly watching DN trade lower with the likes of TRST is making me wonder if I'd do better dumping DN and buying TRST. Although TRST is dealing with a license suspension and pending Health Canada ruling, if they end up with a fine and closer scrutiny for a period of time, I think TRST stands a much better chance of seeing their share price recover. Pretty sad that I'm contemplating dumping DN for a company like TRST, however the chart for DN looks to be going nowhere fast with the CEO, management and board unable to do a thing about it.
