RE:RE:Insight please ....Thanks...yes, I'm holding for the long-term value and I agree, the div is well covered and I have no problem collecting a juicy yield each month. I did see though in the news release that SP did sell on the last SIB and now holds less than 10%. Probably just prudent risk managemnt as they received  $8.00 cash now for 1MM shares.
