And what appetite there was tended towards term sheet which began with an attachment of all production to 30,000 ounces, 25 million warrants, expenditure approval over $100, 20% interest and a finder's fee payable to the lender of $50,000...
OK, I exagerate but some of the companies I work with were getting those sorts of BS term sheets and I suspect BHS was no different. The rise in the silver price has brought a degree of reality to the vultures and raising the working capital should be significantly easier.
