"on track to supply 40,000 kilograms of cannabis this year"
"on track to supply 40,000 kilograms of cannabis this year"This is a quote directly from the press release. The outdoor farm will deliver and Mrs. Vandermarel will have a strong position within the company serving as one of the Directors of the Board as the day-to-day operations will be handled by others.
This has zero to do with the crop. That is why I posted this quote from the press release.
As well....from the press release
“My work with 48North, and specifically my work with Good:Farm has been a highlight of my career,” said Mrs. Vandermarel. “For personal reasons, I have made the difficult decision to step aside as co-CEO but am incredibly proud of the work we done together, seeing the farm through concept to its current state of readiness."
This sounds very positive to me.
Look folks, based on Mrs. Jeanette Vandermarel's contribution I am certain she has left the production side of the business in good shape and in good hands. She has made a tremendous positive impact on the future of 48North and has helped raise the company to a new level.
The real next phase is marketing and based on all the licensing and agreements to date we have the right person running the day-to-day activities; Mrs. Alison Gordon.
However, it was Mrs Vandermarel who escorted Cam Bettley of Aurora Cannabis through the outdoor farm. Why? Because she made 48North the first mover in the industry when it comes to outdoor cultivation.
Thank You Mrs. Vandermarel for building a strong foundation. Its good news to learn you will continue to have an impact on the company as one of the Board of Directors.
Why do some always try to create negatives out of a simply normal transition, prompted by health, age, whatever, from day-to-day to The Board of Directors?
48North is an organization that is constantly at the leading edge in many respects and why Motley Fool has just today recommended 48North.
Enjoy The Ride.
