Sage4050, I think you have hit the exact reason. 

This is not a complicated story. There is mine, an ore sorter, a concentration circuit and they are ready or very near (think days, not weeks) ready to go. But without the working capital being in place no responsible CEO or BoD would commence operations. People and suppliers have to be paid.

Yes, it is a bit of a chicken and egg situation. No one is more frustrated than GO about not having the $. Obviously he is out shaking the trees to raise the money.

(One note: some people, as they get older are less motivated by money. This is usually because they have a lot of the stuff. GO, on the other hand, has most of his money sunk into BHS. To enjoy a well funded retirement he needs to see Bayhorse produce a lot of silver as soon as possible.)
