Did he think it would let him off the hook from MSX investors? With all Voodoo has claimed Barrick has done....has JRL not lied by omission re his ongoing court cases to MSX?
His justification?....it was a means to end the fraud of Barrick!...Was he not justifying this by defrauding the MSX shareholders?
JRL lied re a $5.0 million US damage award claim. Did a trial to determine this award ever take place? This lie was then repeated by MSX in a press release July 7, 2018. This was one of many lies and omissions in MSX press releases, based on information supplied by JRL. This constitutes the reason the BCSC delisted MSX and won proceedings against MSX.
JRL continues to file meaningless frivolous cases in Chile....why? So he can continue to solicit funds for his great multi year fight against the fraud of Barrick. By doing so, does he not increase the depth of his own fraud and deceit?
NEWGOLD suggests JRL can’t be a con as he has been doing this for 20 years! My point would be....if it’s been a successful con and he’s been able to get away with it...why would he not persist? It’s been paying him rather well!
How much of the funds raised did anyone else get? The cases JGT filed in Chile certainly haven’t cost this much....and he certainly did not maintain payments to Sergeomin for any titles. How much return on investment did shareholders get?
NEWGOLD suggests BJ is lazy and incompetent...but BJ managed over the years to raise $10.0 million plus in funding from shareholders and investors for JRL’s Chile Pascua fight. How many large private placements with Warrants in MSX have gone up in smoke with the delisting of MSX? How many Big Bonus guarantees has JRL promised to pay? Wasn’t this how JRL kept his dream con alive?
Why would JRL ever walk away from this?? He’s mid sixties and has not had a real job in over 20 years! Quite the gig one can keep the con going isn’t it?
