RE:RE:Clarification on the actual buyersYes Agree Elgin some may be buying for the penny but Millions of shares going at 42.25 to 43 cents. The 43 cents not guaranteed with additional cost associated with the transaction. Not to mention why would they take the risk of  losing their entire investment if the deal is voted down. Makes no sense! Cheers
