This is the formula that Stars want in as many of the Penn National, El Dorado casinos as possible. A retail sportsbook room, near a PokerStars room, with online gaming of poker, casino and sports betting. It is the killer combination they are setting themselves up for.

This company is a mid-long term play. Once they get more and more territories going (notice how nobody is talking about Brazil or Argentina jumping on soon) then they simply increase debt repayments, derisk the balance sheet and up the EPS multiple. With an EPS of about $2, this company should be worth $35-40US, but instead, it's stuck in a lousy area because people are concerned about the debt load. It's a fair concern which will be mitigated only when they speak about it every quarter...
