RE:New OTF Order

RE:New OTF Order Did they not have this at a target price of $2.00 plus a year ago or so?

why less when NTS has supposedly so much more now?
One new contract since the dream team has been on board and likely very few to come because of the uncertainty in the economy. Unless and there should be not less than two or three new orders a month if the interest is as they say it is, or are they embellishing a lot? Will this stock recede back to its low before years end if the interest in this product doesn’t garner more traction than tid bits will allow?
