Energy Fuels Inc. is a critical minerals company focused on uranium, rare earth elements (REEs), heavy mineral sands (HMS), vanadium and medical isotopes. The Company also owns the White Mesa Mill in Utah, which is the fully licensed and operating conventional uranium processing facility in the United States. The Toliara Project is located in south-west Madagascar, 45 kilometers (kms) north of the regional town and port of Toliara.
