RE:What I don't understand... It's taking this long because they have visited the site 3 times over a period of 9 days and have a lot of data and information to go over. The longer this takes the more likely my thesis remains correct.
What are your key take aways from HC's blanket email response to inquiries? For me it's the amount of time they spent in the facilities, the fact that they recommend moving your prescription immediately and remind you that complaince and integrity is important.
Here is that letter:
Thank you for your correspondence related to the CannTrust issue. We apologize for the delay in responding.
Ensuring the integrity of Canada's legal cannabis production system is a priority for the Government of Canada. That is why the federally regulated system contains multiple measures that are designed to protect the health and safety of Canadians and the integrity of the system. These measures include stringent requirements for physical and personnel security, record keeping, inventory controls and reporting that are verified through Health Canada inspections and other regulatory oversight activities.
On June 17, 2019, Health Canada conducted an unannounced inspection at CannTrust’s facility in Pelham, Ontario, which resulted in a number of critical observations and an overall Non-Compliant rating for the inspection. The critical observations were for producing cannabis in unlicensed rooms before obtaining approval from Health Canada, providing false and misleading information to inspectors during the course of the inspection, and inadequate record keeping.
Health Canada inspectors returned to the Pelham facility on July 3 and 4, where they delivered the inspection report and seized 4,327 Kg of implicated product, and obtained samples for further testing. The company also put a voluntary hold on product at its other licensed site in Vaughan, Ontario.
Following the inspection of the Pelham facility, Health Canada conducted an unannounced inspection at CannTrust’s Vaughan facility during July 10-16. During the course of the inspection, inspectors identified two critical observations, which resulted in the issuance of an overall Non-Compliant rating for the inspection. The critical observations relate to CannTrust expanding operations and activities at the Vaughan facility beyond the originally approved site perimeter without appropriate approvals from Health Canada, and a lack of adequate physical security measures.
The company has been provided the opportunity to respond to the Non-Compliant inspection reports, and Health Canada is in the process of reviewing any information provided.
As described in Health Canada’s Compliance and Enforcement Policy for the Cannabis Act, the Act contains a number of enforcement tools that may be considered in determining the appropriate actions to prevent or address non-compliance, based on a review of the situation and all relevant information, including the health or safety risk and the compliance history of the individual or corporation.
These include measures ranging from compliance promotion and awareness, which are intended to educate and prevent non-compliance, up to measures intended to correct non-compliance or address a public health or safety risk, such as the issuance of a warning letter, suspension or cancellation of a federal licence, the issuance of a ministerial order, or the issuance of administrative monetary penalties (up to $1 million).
Health Canada is aware that a number of individuals authorized to use cannabis for medical purposes are registered with CannTrust. Individuals purchasing cannabis from a federal licence holder can request the transfer of their medical authorization to another licence holder. Licence holders must transfer the medical document as requested without delay.
The list of licensed cultivators, processors and sellers of cannabis can be found here: https://www.canada.ca/en/health-canada/services/drugs-medication/cannabis/industry-licensees-applicants/licensed-cultivators-processors-sellers.html
As noted earlier, the integrity of Canada's legal cannabis production system is of utmost priority for the Government of Canada. Health Canada will continue to undertake unannounced inspections of cannabis licence holders to help ensure they are in compliance with the law and regulations and will take appropriate licensing and enforcement action as necessary.

Any money invested in here is toast, if they are in fact delisted expect another 10-15% drop at least.
What's taking so long to make a decision? It's not correlated with OSC cause the two are for completely seperate matters..
Are HC entertaining this remediation solution or simply filing everything that requires further government consent before shutting down?
