RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:someoneDave, I don't think it's the bot in this instance, though, but I might be wrong. I think it's good ol' day traders with money and a sizable share lot already accumulated playing their game.
On our way down to .08 recently, I've seen the usual scare tactic:
1-Place a good sized bid, say 350k at .10. Ask is thin, maybe with 35K or something. People see this and they say: 'Ah! We've hit the bottom. Great! I feel better now.'
2-Let them get comfortable for a few minutes, maybe an hour.
3-All of a sudden, remove the bid and put an equivalent sized ask (or even bigger) to completely reverse things: Bid: 30K @ .10 Ask:450K @ .105. Weak investors see this and react immediately: 'Oh no! What's happening? Bad news coming? Better get out before it's too late.'
4-People start to sell their small lot of shares progressively. The sp goes down. The safe wall at the bid reappears a penny or a penny and a half lower and the process restarts.
This is not typical to SZLS. You can see that everywhere. But I've noticed it here more than a few times. People are so easily robbed of their shares.
