A calculated 50/50 structure that remains private with no possibility of hostility is ingenious. It mirrors what Sen has done with IB and IBC. MH may not be Molson or Labatt but it’s what will propel the tech. This JV is no side dish. Despite population differences to US and EU, this is the type of market where SPR will shine. With the hard line HC regs, SPR is most advantageous in comparison. Don’t be little this JV with limited vision for what it truly is “Just the beginnings”. MH only has the THC beverages slice of the pie. There are bigger slices to be had. IMO.
You say not to belittle the JV and "it's no side dish" but then contradict that thought with "it's just the beginning" and "there are bigger slices to be had". I think we're saying the same thing but differently. I don't think Moosehead
should have been the best they could have done, but if it's a great stepping stone, so be it.
I kind of agree with what was said below, SPR should be a better form of a Splenda and license their better tech and ingreadient to absolutely everyone. It's just an ingredient and tech, not a product to have to compete against the truly big(ger) dogs
