Best evidence we have of JonSnow19's claim

Best evidence we have of JonSnow19's claimThis May 2nd article about the potential Pro-B lawsuit is the closest evidence we have that the demo period might not have actually started. Just days after the Apr 29th announcement, it's a real kick in the nuts but nothing official ever came from CST about this so who knows, maybe they dealt with it and kept moving. Again, I'd have hoped that they would have issued an official PR explaining the situation and next steps. It seems LaPresse caught Mr. Lavoie on an understandably dark day and his comments reveal he must have been feeling defeated. CST was active since that time in several ways so clearly all was not lost. In any case, we won't know until we hear something and Aug/Sept seems to be the time of year that CST goes a little dark but late Oct is the year-end results so if nothing else we can expect an update of some kind in 5 or 6 weeks time.
