Please post the report and answers as asked.
I suspect the Morningstar “report’ is the same as the TD “report” , the BNS “report” etc
These are automated valuations based on valuations or cash flow predictions to develop an intrinsic value
I am trained in all these
So I am asking you to provide the report so we can analyze it.
Your criticism of a line listing of value is hypocritical in this regard.
It is also myopic, in my view.
