Voted NO !!!!Something is wrong!!!  This technology could skyrocket this stock a couple months from now and the CEO's are ready to let it go for $0,425?

Something I don't get.

Either I'm stupid and don't understands business or naive.

What are their arguments to accept a deal like that?
