Here is what they are afraid of!

Here is what they are afraid of!The board is afraid that you will sell your stock and be protected from the mess that has been made and the voter against the board so they don't get the big bonus that they have all told themselves they have comming for the great job they have done! You all know that I have been a fan of theVP4 for for as long as it has been around and I still think it could and will be a great story, but I won't be able to enjoy it. I have been told that selling and voteing no would hurt the small shareholders and it might. here is what hurt all shareholders being told one thing and then finding out that wasn't how it really was.......one example is that at the last quarterly report someone asked RR if he would anounce if he got into an agreement wiiiiith a large GPO like Capstone and the answer was yes within the first 12 hrs.!! (he might have said 24 hrs.)  but instead he got a GPO 10 times the size of Capstone and waited 12 days. Making sure that the share price did not go up an hinder the deal with Stryker. The answer you get from management is that they also had bad news comming in the sales for the quarter which was 4 (well that just leads to the next bad information) when they said the first quarter was bad because alot of the orders that were comming in Q1 were going to role into Q2. You don't have 14 sales in Q1 and the have 4 in Q2 if that was a true statement. Here is one for the road before I quit every time we asked about our STRATEGIC PARTNERS it was always the same no answer just a side step. Okay one more when a insider sell stock they have 5 days to report so when RR sold his 500,000 shouldn't we have known when he started selling not when he finished. How do you exercise 500,000 shares on the same day you sell 500,000 shares unless you had a prearranged agreement for someone to sell them for you. I could go on and on but I think you are getting an idea of how I feel.
