Yes well we have already been waiting on this road for quite some time now. I expect this catalyst to happen sooner as opposed to later for this reason in particular.
Ammendment 40 comes in on Jan 2021. Now that date is pretty much upon us in airline terms. Decisions are made well in advance. Tom did say that we were poised to transform this industry last week on the facebook post. Thats a pretty large statement.
Does anybody know of any other solution to meet this ammendment other than our Afirs ?
